Aleš Studený Before joining ALVAO, Aleš was leading team of IT Specialists in Žďas and hold a CIO role in B:TECH. Nowadays he is an active member of CACIO and itSMF and, most importantly, the director of services in ALVAO. His team of consultants keeps improving IT in czech and foreign companies. He frequently publishes articles about IT service management in IT journals. He is also giving lectures on this topic at universities. People working with Aleš describe him as a person with great sense of humour whose idealistic attitude is infectious.
