His service management experience included public and private sector. As a project manager and head of project management he successfully helped to transform state budgeting, accounting and treasury. More recently within private sector he helped with IT service management in ESET and other really great companies. He is ITIL Expert and has many other certifications for other domains (PRINCE2, Agile Scrum, BiSL, MoR) and is more recently trained as ITIL Practitioner. He leads itSMF working group called Benchmarking which recently has performed historically first IT operation assessment of government organization.
