This has given him a deep understanding of service management methodologies and tools like HP Service Manager and BMC Remedy. Since 2010, Andy has mostly used ServiceNow in his projects. As part of 4me’s core team he now brings the next generation of enterprise service management tooling to market so that managed service providers can work together seamlessly with their enterprise customers.
