Service Delivery Lead

Pavol Skokan is working in IT field for more than 27 years. Pavol graduated in 1992 on Slovak Technical University in Bratislava and in 2011 successfully graduated MBA on B.I.B.S. University Czech Republic accredited by Nottingham Trent University.

In services delivery Pavol is applying several methods and working as project manager for more than 16 years and being certified for PRINCE2 Practitioner, PRINCE2Agile Practitioner and Agile SCRUM Master.

In the last 12 years he is working in Trenkwalder IT Services for Trenkwalder Group. The main responsibilities and achievements are: centralization of Trenkwalder group IT infrastructure (17 countries), implementation of ITSM system and related processes (~1600 users), platforms ownership with focus on SQL and SharePoint platforms and their implementation, and roll-out of business applications to various countries (Germany, Austria, Hungary, Slovakia, Turkey, Czech Republic, Romania and others.)
