Jozef Hlaváč

IT manager

He has been working for over 18 years in area of IT. The main focus was the supervision of manufacturing processes at the expert level in the areas of MS Servers, MS Cloud, and VMware. He also dealt with implementation of HR payroll systems for manufacturing companies and user education.

Since 2007 he has been in charge of IT security for multinational corporations in the Czech Republic, California and Denmark. He trained IT technicians and IT managers for operational and process management and also actively participated in increasing the security of IT systems.

Currently, he works as an IT manager at Moog Brno (formerly VUES Brno), a member of Moog Inc., a multinational corporation. Moog Brno provides global clients with a unique solution in the field of electric rotary machines for industry-leading applications. In his role he actively participates in the transformation of a purely Czech society with 70 years of tradition, to a leading development company in the field of electrical engineering in Europe. He is responsible for implementing IT processes and security standards and blending them with US standards.

Jozef’s successful certifications include, for example, Microsoft, Symantec, and VMware certifications (MS Exchange, MS SQL, MS Servers, Networks), and have also been certified with Ethical Hacking. He is also a security consultant in the field of social engineering.
